What is wrong with my Lumia 930?

I have the phone for about 8 months now and suddenly since 2 days ago I experience a dark screen all the time. If it is on, it becomes glittery and fades away. Then there is like stripes on the screen and then it goes completely dark and unresponsive for hours!!! When I get it to work again, it repeats the same behaviour in about 5 minutes. I am so frustrated because I use the phone for my work!!! Anybody has any suggestions here??????????

Hard reset?

Hold down the volume down button+power button until you feel vibration

Also try just holding down the power button til you feel vibration

Do these while the device is already on




You could also try using Lumia Software recovery tool, or maybe Windows Phone Recovery Tool
