How to reinstall preinstalled windows ?!

Hey
I had my laptop and computer preinstalled with windows 7 professional , then I clean installed windows 10 ,but I want windows 7 , how can I get windows 7 back ??!

A preinstalled laptop would have a recovery partition.
When you clean installed W10 did you delete it?
If so you will need a Win 7 pro dvd/cd.

I only formated the local disk c partition on my computer so I guess the recovery remained intact , but on the laptop I formated it completely , I downloaded the ISO and burned it to a DVD , what next ?

Well as long as you downloaded Win 7 Pro, you can boot from the DVD and install Windows.
You will need to use the Win 7 Pro key from your laptop.

Then I hope it works cuz when I tried to download the ISO from Microsoft site it said that this is an OEM key and I should contact the manufacturer

Let me know how you get on. Another option would be to try and get hold of install media for your model laptop.
