Is there no blinking light for when a text is missed?

On all my previous phones there has been a blinking light on the top of the phone to alert me to texts or calls I have missed.
I cannot find this feature on my Nokia 635.
Am I missing a setting of is it just not a feature?
That would be a bummer since I do not carry my phone much when home.

Hey! I loved my 635
It actually did inspire me to get my 830 which was substantially more expensive...and also does not have a notification light. But it has Glance to make up for that.

Do a lot of Lumia phones have notification lights? I guess I just thought that Lumia didn't do those.

You are right, most Lumia's get by Glance so no notification LED like Android devices.

Lumia 535 variant doesn't have notification light .

Nope they don't and for that matter neither do cheap Android phones.
