How can I get rid of a Screenshot button combo message?

I have a notice on my screen saying "Something's changed ... The Screenshot button combo has changed. Press and hold the Power and Volume up buttons at the same time to capture whatever is currently on your screen".

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this note please? It's been there for the past one month and because of it the screen looks cluttered and untidy.

Not sure how this note would make your screen look cluttered and untidy. You should see a "Close" button just beneath that note. If you tap on that, the note should never appear again.

I'm also not sure how it has been there that long... does it keep on returning? Not sure if you can even use your phone with that note on top of your start screen.
