Have done hard reset 4 times..
Still stuck at 13%
And getting "error 0x80072f78"

I've tried it. its not pretty. This build seems to be a mess on the M8. Restored from scratch 3 times. Its back on 8.1.

Maybe some was successful with this build but i wasn't nearly as fortunate. The only phone that I was successful installing was my old flagship, Lumia 920. It does almost everything well. On my M8 however, its a mess. The worse part is how badly the wifi drivers were written. That for me made it unusable because I could not even restore my original apps.
