i lost my phone and when i got it back they had re started it and it wiped all the charts.

there is some important information i need where i was chatting to another person .

i there a possibility that i can get back thet information.

It depends. If it is SMS and you had Text backup turned on they should restore when you run setup and use the same Microsoft Account.

Other Apps vary by App so it is hard to say specifically.

But basically the story no matter the device is you hopefully had pics backed up to the cloud or your PC and can restore from there.
