my windows lumina 630 dead only vibrate when connected to usb

I charged it with my pc watched several movies,played games until warning charge needed plugged it into charger would not charge so I used pc via usb again it charged,sucessfully then received msg windows update now available hit ok to update now and screen went black phone dead and now wont do anything except vibrate only when connected to usb on pc

Download the windows phone recovery tool and hope that it will be able to detect the phone

It can be it is totally flat on battery. I have tried it with several WP units (and a few cheap android tablets as well).

Try to charge the phone with a low mAmp charger (less than 501) or through a normal USB port on the computer. Lets it charge for 12-18 hours.

I guess if the battery is completely flat the slow charge can revive it

Do this. If it's stuck in boot up loop or update, plug it up and let it come on, hold down both volume up and Down button and it will put it in charging mode.
