Cellular data toggle in action center randomly switches on. What to do ?

Yeah even I face the same randomly, when I swipe down for action center in my 520.In my case, the toggle indicates that cellular data is "on" but in reality cellular data is "off" the toggle just gets highlighted on swiping down for action center.
Closing the action center and opening it again fixes the highlighting of the cellular data toggle.But this is a temporary solution.

Yeah its annoying.
Edit 1 :I doubt if anyone knows a permanent solution
