Why is my phones screen sensitivity out of balance?

When I am using my phone another app will open on the screen and when I am writing a text I press a letter for example 'd' and ot comes up with something else?

When I am using my phone another app will open on the screen and when I am writing a text I press a letter for example 'd' and ot comes up with something else?

Does this happen when you are charging the phone or normal usage??

If it happens while you're charging the phone, it's normal, it's because of the charger. If it's not, try a soft reset or just switch from normal sensivity back to high sensivity, that's what I do when the same happens to me
