Windows Central Question

I've been testing Windows 10 Mobile on my spare phone (Lumia 928 on Verizon), and was up to build 10149.

When trying to download 10166, I kept getting the "phone is up to date" message. This was about 6 hours after it was announced here on WC. So I tried a hard reset from the settings menu. That got the spinning gears, stuck at around 30%.

Eventually, the line jumps over to 100% followed by a large frown emoticon. : ( , then the screen turns off. I press the on button and the phone vibrates and the spinning gear cycle repeats. I've let the battery go dead, thinking that may reset everything, but as soon as enough charge is in, spinning gears reappear.

I'm afraid I'll damage the case if I try to pry it apart to remove the battery. Any suggestions? Who might I send it to for repairs? Thanks for reading.
