Unable to Login to device 10166 Build (Lumia 1320)

I'm Unable to Sign in from the lock screen using my pin. Tried Soft reset but No Use!!

What exactly happens - after I use build 10166 EVERYTHING works fine now eventually , any strange apps on board? From witch build do you update from?
