Why does my wifi go into Limited Access Mode randomly (I am using Windows 7)?

My Wifi Goes in Limited Access Mode randomaly. I am using window 7.

I have a HP Laptop. For a few days now my laptop goes in limited access mode randomly. It can happen at any time. After I restart my laptop it starts working normally. I have tried the following:

A. Typing netsh winsock rest in command line.

B. Unchecking the allow computer to turn off this device under Bluetooth radios in device manager.

I am still facing this issue. Is there anything else that I can do to resolve it. Thanks.

You're talking about Wi-Fi right? Have you restarted the router?

I remember somewhere there's some battery of tests but I cannot recall it right now.

Its problem with your wifi router not phone... Restart router/modem when such problem occurs... Most probably there's disturbance in your broadband telephone line...(you could hear weird noises while calling)...file a complaint to your broadband company.
