Why can't I update to 10240 - Download stuck?

Can't update to 10240 - Download stuck

As the title suggests, my download of the 10240 build is stuck at 47%. It's been two days and it doesn't seem to advance. Is there any way I can maybe restart the download or something similar to fix it?

So you are saying it initiates the download but doesn't finish? Are your drivers up to date? Also you can try to troubleshoot your computer. I here you can, but I'm not sure how.
