Hard reset stucked in a loop due to low battery.

I upgraded My lumia 520 to windows 10 TP. Since, I didn't find settings after update.So, i hard reset my phone. but at that time phone battery was low. now it stucked in a loop.when i tried to recharge again it's starting hard reset.

I would hook it up to a PC and use the WP Recovery Tool.

I tried recovery tool also. but, it's not detecting the phone. i tried the option my phone was not detected. It's also again showing hard reset option.

I have exactly the same problem on my lumia 830 but wp8.1

What I'm doing is taking battery out for couple of minutes, putting it back, turn on, wait for startup and then put it on charger. If **** happens again (immediately or after couple of mins) i do the same thing until it works.

Needless to say that my phone after 5-6 resets goes into coma state and only this helps.
