Is microsoft going to provide a windows 10 upgrade disk?

I have several computers to upgrade, prefer to upgrade from disk, a slow internet download device

Well, you'll certainly be able to make your own (requires one download though)

They will sell DVD and USB drives for installation too I believe. I don't know if there's a free option other than DIY or charity by someone with better internet.
