Windows store not accessible in Windows 10

I've upgraded my Windows 7 home edition to Windows 10 home insider edition and while trying to access the store it shows an error code 0x80131509. How can fix the problem? I use Windows 10 evaluation copy(Build 10162) edition.

You can wait two more days to the final release
Or you can try

From start go to settings -
Update - recovery - reset pc

I did reset > No Help!

I'm not able to update PC either. MediacreationTool goes to 100% then disappears!
Can't go back to 8.1 either
