Anyone Able to use Tap to Pay on Windows 10 Mobile preview?

I'm running Windows 10 Mobile 10.0.10166 and I see the options for NFC payments. You go into Settings/Devices/NFC and there you will see "Tap to pay" with the ability to turn it on/off, plus the ability to enter a "Default payment app" as well as select a "Default payment card".

Has anyone gotten this to work, or even gotten close?

Payment card needs a phone with Host Card Emulation support, plus Microsoft has to enable the actual feature first.

Payment app refers to things like the now defunct Softcard.
