I am upgrading windows 8.1 to 10 but it is stuck at 49% for past 12 hours. What should i do?

I have a i5 4th generation, 8GB RAM and 250GB empty harddisk space in C drive where OS is installed. I also have dual booted with kali OS. I am currently using GRUB2 boot loader.

Maybe you should wait some hours because MS servers are having hard time to deal the massive numbers of W10 downloads. Another option you have is to download the ISO file for W10 and install it manually.
