Why cant i see anything open?

[Windows Central Question]

Ok so i downloaded windows 10 because i love the look and style. I have it all downloaded but for some reason it wont display. I can see the task bar on the bottom and everything like time, wifi, notifications and all of thta cool stuff. For some reason everything is opening off my monitor. I can move my mouse all the way to the left and it leaves the screen as if I had dual monitors. I can randomly click and drag and hit a shortcut to a program to hopefully drag it back to my actual screen but it doesnt matter cause i cant see it when i open it anyway. How can i make it so it is forced to open on the screen im viewing if i cant see anything open?
