    This upgrade has been an absolute nightmare. I made sure my PC could accept Windows10, set it to upgrading, and then left while it did its thing. I'm telling you what a mistake. And absolutely nowhere to get help despite all the cheerful messages. "Longer than expected wait times"- what a joke.

    I know it's quaint - how do I chat with a human being? This has been such a huge mistake.

    I always use the chat option you do get a live person that will remote access your computer. That said the technicians are not the most knowledgeable so be prepared to be transferred to two or three different agents before they find one that can fix your issue =/

    I've never had any success with the chat option not during the day, not at 3 AM. So ridiculous I'm going to bed.
