    Hello.

    I've bought today the full version of ProShot app, but it's still in evaluation version. I've tried reinstall the app, reset the phone, but I'm still not able to use the full version.

    I'm on W10m (10166) and using L930.

    Can someone help me?

    I think this is an effect of some bugs in w10m (it is still in beta). I had similar issues with other apps. Sometimes they register correctly and ads are removed and sometimes not. So the best thing is to wait for the new build which should come next week hopefully :)

    If you don't want to wait, you can revert to 8.1 for the time being and wait until 10 is officially released.

    Yep, I've been getting quite a few emails about it, it's definitely a bug with W10 :/
    Edit: For many people it just took a while for OS to recognize the purchase. Try rebooting / reinstalling and see if that helps.

    On that note, I am working on a complete rewrite of ProShot for W10, so lots of good things are on the horizon :)

    Thanks Rising Mos and Developer by the answers.

    I'll wait till next week for the new build, to see if this bug will be fixed. I've tried the steps above and it still didn't worked.

    I'm happy that a new version of the app is coming also! Can't wait for this :)
