I just updated a PC from Windows 7 to 10. Everything went smooth.

When I start the PC, it goes to a spinner and stays there forever. No login screen.

If I do CTRL-ALT-DEL, I get to the login options (password / fingerprint). Is it supposed to be like that? I'm assuming that after starting the PC, I'll get the login options.

I'm stuck where you were. Thanks for the ctrl-alt-del tip. It got me to a screen with 3 icons - wifi, something that looks like a clock at 12.15, and a power switch. I blinked and the spinner is back and ctrl-alt-del don't work anymore.
Did you finally manage to fix yours?
