How can I fix 0x80070002 error. not able to install app from Windows app store in Windows 10?

0x80070002 error.. not able to install app from windows app store in windows 10

Not able to install app in windows 10.
it downloads den transfers user settings . then tries to install but half way says
"it embarrasing something went wrong." error message says could not find the app error x80070002.
i have tried all options available
1. used wsreset.exe - the dos window doesnt exit. but the windows store opens. still not able to install apps.

2. check region. it is set to india
3. tries disabling AV and firewall.

If no solution avilable. then is it possible to install apps without app store..
