Can I get some help with my taskbar?

Help with TASKBAR. IMPORTANT.

Hi!

So I just fresh installed Windows 8.1.

I started installing programs,etc,and I countered a problem:

I click on the taskbar program, for example Chrome, after right clicking the whole box is purple,and the "Pin" and "Close (X)" is bugged,have a bigger icon. Unfortunately i can't post a picture...

I need some help fixing this bug, it's really ugly,and it won't dissapear, no matter what I do.
