Why do folders now not open
I keep losing access to folders on Windows 10. When I try to open them, the set to the taskbar but only a tile view. I can't see or open them to navigate. At first, this was only happening in the File Explorer which makes navigating really a pain to the pc. Now it is even occurring on my desktop folders. If I were to use the recovery option, I get a notice that tells me I will lose virtually all my installed programs including my display driver.
