Windows Central Question

I downloaded the Windows 10 update on 8.1.15 and have not been able to access the internet since.

I scanned the computer and have reset it multiple times. It just says "no connections available, even when I am in a place that has a strong wi-fi signal. As I am not a computer pro, if someone could walk me thorough this issue I would greatly appreciate it! Not only is it my personal computer, but also one I run a business off of, I cannot lose a week's work over lack of internet. Thanks!

I had the same problem, then a co-worker let me in on the secret to get it back, You need to do
a computer refresh, not all your apps will get reloaded, you'll see on the desktop a browser
that contains the apps that didn't get restored. Those apps that you have not used in a long time,
you may want to reload them ,when you need them.

It sounds like Windows 10 did not detect your Wi-Fi network card. You may have to go to the website of your PC's Wi-Fi card and download the most recent drivers and install them on the PC. If you need further help than that, please consider creating an account and reply to this thread.
