Is there a windows phone app like Habitimer?

I need a real time alarm to sound every 15 minutes all through the working day. Can anybody help? The alarm must not be effected by anything like lock screen or using the phone. It most just sound every 15 minutes come what may. I have used Habitimer on iphone for a number of years but have just switched to Lumia 640.
I have carried out an extensive search of windows phone store, looking at everything from egg timers to comprehensive exercise apps.

First of all thank you If you didn't ask I wouldn't look for an app like this lol Secondly, I hope you need it for your phone.

Search for an app called "Hourly Reminders". It allows you to set an alarm to go off everyday between the times specified by you I just tested it with an interval of 5 minutes between the reminders and it worked well both times. (just tap dismiss when the first alarm goes off)
