Why do i not get the windows 10 taskbar download?

I have GWX running but still no symbol, do i need something else?

There are a few pre requisite patches that need to be installed and the PC can't be joined to a domain. The easiest thing is to use the Media Creation Tool. Download the appropriate version (32 vs. 64 bit) and then simply open it and choose whether to upgrade (you'll have a couple more options re: keeping apps & settings) or to create install media. I've used it on 2 systems, both upgrades keeping apps & settings, and it's worked very well.
