Where did my sound go with windows 10 ?

[Windows Central Question]

After windows 10 upgrade I no longer have sound. I have basic conext smart audio HD
speakers which troubleshoot says are working properly and no need for driver update. Any suggestions ?

Try this
1 - Open All Settings
2 - Search on Sound
3 - On the window that opens click these options and you can check for errors 'Sound' - 'Change sound card settings'' - 'Find and fix audio playback problems' - others you can try are 'Manage audio devices' - 'Device Manager' (look for yellow triangle that will identify any driver problem)

Make sure your speakers are set to default.
