Why isn't there an "Reserve" button on the Get Windows 10 App?

Hi

I finally saw the button appear, but when I click the notification, and the app appears, there seems to be no "Reserve" button like all the screenshots show.

I did see it on the admin account, is it supposed to be accessible on the administrator account, because I am currently on a normal user account.

To update the computer you need administrator privileges, so I think even the reservation needs an administrator privilege.
