Hi, I recently tried updating my phone to the windows 10 preview on my Nokia Lumia 920. After the gears completed, my phone went off then ON, and a blue screen with a sad face appeared on the screen.
I have been searching on how to fix this and only got the hard reset option. I have data that I haven't backed up. I really need the data. How can I get this data back as a hard reset will erase everything?
