Why can not I connect to the Internet?

Since I upgraded to Windows 10, I can not connect to my Internet. It gives me a neighbor's Internet connection but can not find my Internet connection.
what can I do?

Is it wired or WiFi? If wired, is it all connected? If WiFi does your network just not show up?
