Windows Central Question

I have a tablet that has Windows 8.1. The Windows 10 was installed automatically. Upon installation completion, it ask me to restart the tablet. But as soon as I did that it went back and start the installation again. BTW, in the first go around, 2 gig from memory was used. Does anybody know what is going on and what is the next for me to do?

Turn off automatic updates then restore to 8.1.
Leave automatic updates off and check for updates and hide the windows 10 update.
Then you can turn on automatic updates.
This still leaves the windows 10 nag icon.
I wish MS would stop issuing new platforms before betting all the bugs fixed in the old OS.
Even W7 still has bugs, seems their answer is to make it obsolete and create a new monster.
In the past we had to put up with problems similar to having a tire out of balance, now it's like not having brakes, you can't stop them.
