Upgraded to Windows 10 black screen on desktop with nothing but my cursor

Hi,

I just passes from windows 7 to windows 10 and i'm having a huge problem. When i start my computer everythings fine until i get to my desktop, then it load for about 2 seconds (during that time i can see it) and then my screen turns totally black with nothing but my cursor. Since i got a Nvidia GPU directly plugged into my TV by HDMI, i heard that some drivers could cause this but since i uninstalled all of them and it didn't change anything (exept give my PC a ****ty resolution) i tried launching Explorer.exe from de ctrl+alt+del menu but nothings happen. I've been looking at eventvwr.exe and it seems like some sort of module is crashing it on startup. I've looked for a solution all day but nothing does and i could really apreciate some help right now since i'm desperate. I miss my desktop please help me </3

tried running chkdsk.exe but it didn't find anything
Looked at eventvwr.exe and i got those two

Chemin d’acc?s du module d?faillant: C:\WINDOWS\system32\IDTNC64.cpl
Chemin d’acc?s du module d?faillant: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll

Should i just delete those modules and run chkdsk.exe again?
