cannot update to windows 10

I'm trying to update my Asus vivo smart Tab to windows 10 and it keeps saying the Intel(r) graphic media accelerator needs to be updated. Do you know if windows or Intel will eventually update the graphics card.

The update to your Intel GMA should be listed in the "Optional" updates in Control Panel > Windows Updates. If it is not listed there, then try checking for updates to be sure. If it still doesn't appear, then the official update should be downloadable either through the Intel Driver Update Utility or the Intel Download Center.
