Why can't I access my internet in other apps after upgrading to Windows 10?

After installing Windows 10, apps like google chrome, internet explorer and kuwo music player doesn't work anymore. It keeps stating there is no internet or "The webpage at 'link' might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." Help please?
