Why am I unable to sign into windows apps using microsoft account?

WPCentral Question

At the first installation of the windows 10 I sign into the windows apps using my Hotmail account. After 2 days I sign with the local account and I tried signing into apps with microsoft account. When I am clicking Sign In, a dialogue box appearing saying just a minute and disappearing. What I have to do?
