Lumia 1520 stuck at gears
I was doing a hard reset on Windows 10 Mobile 10116 and while the phone was on the gears screen, it rebooted, and now just goes to the same screen, the progress bar goes to around 25% and reboots.
I'm aware of the power+volume down to enter flash mode thing, but it doesn't work for me, holding the volume down button while rebooting just causes a reboot loop. I can only get it to a lightning bolt and gear screen by holding volume up, nothing else works.
