Why are my interests not loading?

I have super fast wifi and my Cortana interests fail to load. Is it an issue with the Bing service or is related to my phone. Note all three of my family's windows phones do it too. I turned it on and off and reset the modem with no luck.

No help? I flushed my DNS and it seems that Bing is slow to the point of being unusable on my two PCs as well.

It has been suggested that 3rd party AV and/or 3rd party Network Monitoring Tools might cause issues with Cortana and Strt.

Try reverting to Windows Defender or disabling any Network metering software on one of the affected machines and see if that resolves things.

Seems that it's my ISP that's the issue. Thanks for the advice though.
