i created a micro soft account to my nokia lumia 530 phone but i forgoted password

Log into http://account.live.com and follow the steps to reset your password. If you can't get the password back, then just scrap the account and start over. This means that you'll have to perform a hard reset of your phone to associated it with the new account.

If it's your phone's PIN code that you've forgotten, you will need to perform a hard reset to get control of your phone again.
