Unable Download Videos / Files From Any Mail..? (gmail / hotmail)

i Linked my gmail / hotmails with mail default mail app in windows phone.. my phone os is windows 8.1 with latest updates..

i'm using wifi with speed 10Mbps..

and my major problem i can't downloading videos or another file attachments from mails.. gmail or hotmail whatever files are not downloading..

when i try to download the process downloading is starting but the files are not showing in any location...

and also if i hold on icon (attachment) three options are showing like save download cancel
but when i select one nothing happens.. it's not taking any action.. i also tried uc browser.. but facing same problem..

please any one tell me how to download files... i can download images only but not other file formats.....

i'm from india... i'm using nokia lumia 535.. os is windows 8.1 ram 512 mb ram
