while resetting my lumia phone my phone accidentally got removed from the pc. now my phone is not starting. it is just showing red screen with nokia written. what to do

Download and open Software Recovery Tool.
Completely power down your phone if you can. If you can't, just move on to the next step.
Connect your phone to your PC.
Hopefully, your PC will recognize your phone.
Let the computer download your phone's operating system and install.

I tried all options available for resetting my phone. After recognising it says there are no software packages available.
