Android apps on windows phone 10

I have recently seen after the last update that most websites with a app, prompt do download android app. I also tried to download and said to sign in to google. Does anyone know anything about this?

Those Android apps have not yet been ported to Windows Phone.

The web browser, Internet Explorer, in Windows Phone 8.1 was tweaked to portray itself as an Android (sometimes iOS) web browser so that it would be served better mobile websites in many cases. What you're seeing is a side effect of that change.
