Can i repair my Lumia 520 after a hard reset failure?

I wanted to test windows 10 and I install it,but it wasn't the build 10512,it was the build 10166 and I read on the Internet that I need to do a hard reset if I want to work properly. I watch on the Internet and I start the hard reset,after a few seconds when the gears start to spin,and the bar start to fill up,appears this . After that my phone shut down,and if I try to open the phone,appears again the gears and it look like the phone try to do a hard reset again,but again the same error.Can I repair my phone with a program to reinstall the software,or I should go with it into a service? (sorry for my bad English)
