    I scheduled my upgrade to start yesterday at 23:00.It is now 11:43 the next day and I have the following message displayed on a black screen:

    Upgrading Windows
    Your PC will restart several times. Sit back and relax.
    Copying files (written in blue) Installing features and drivers (written in blue) Configuring settings 40% (written in white).

    I didn't expect it to take this long. I really need access to my laptop files now. Please advise me what to do.
