Why can't I play my videos/movies?

The minute I click on the video, It says 'can't play' together with these code: 0xc00d11cd (0x80004005). There is a hyperlink that says send feedback - but the feedback doesn't work too. The answer is "something went wrong" This happened right after I upgrade online to Windows 10. Can you please help??
