Why is the video and audio out of sync in Windows 10?

why is the video and audio out of sync in windows 10?

when I play videos in facebook or on any website, the video and audio are out of sync.
What is error 3212?

After installing "Windows 10" i'm also getting the audio video sync problem while using VLC or BSPlayer. Any suggestion?

Its because your device is not able to process the data received from the source that means you can either increase the processing power of your device or lower the size of data you receive from the source in your settings.
I.e. reduce the resolution of the video or plug in the adapter.
