some apps is not downloading from windows store

Some apps is not downloading from windows store it always stuck on pending.when search on google about it there is some answers they said it happens because of cache to get rid of this you have to clear store cache but I don't know how to clear store cache..please help at least tell me how to get rid of this pending headache

simple steps for windows 10

Windows last update is on selective startup which blocks most things from updating for some reason....

this worked for me -

in Cortana ask me anything input field (bottom left)
type
-> msconfig
<enter>

under the general tab
select
-> normal startup
hit <ok> button

restart your pc and everything should work
