Since switching to Windows 10, videos will not play on Facebook. Why?

Since switching to Windows 10, videos will not play on Facebook.

All I see is a spinning white arrow in the middle of a black screen. I cannot get the video to play at all.

That happens when Flash has been disabled.

Check Settings/Advanced/Flash

And yes, Facebook should really show videos without using flash.
