How can I stop my apps from crashing and my phone restarting?

App Crash and Phone Restart

Hi guys, hope someone can help me.
I'm using Nokia Lumia 630 Dual Sim for a 8 months, and sudenly for last 7 days I have some problems with it.
I'll try to explain, hope someone can help.

1. Sometimes when I work on my phone, it restarts itself. After restart it can't load OS, and I have to take out batery for several times to get it started.
2. People and Photos app crashes all the time, and I can't see my contacts, or call them.
3. Some apps (like shazam, facebook, viber...) crashes on start
4. I can't setup email account or open it

I've done factory restore settings, but it happend all again. Does someone have had same issues, and can someone help me.

First what build number re u?
If its the latest build then hard reset will clean install and it should work
